Returns
Returns are not accepted unless by specific arrangement. Please ring first! Recorded material (CDs, DVDs and Cassettes) may be returned ONLY if the product is faulty. Any queries relating to your delivery must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
Backorders
If an out of stock item becomes particularly difficult to obtain, we will keep you informed at intervals via email and keep trying to obtain the item unless we are asked to cancel the order. If you do not require an item that has been on back order for some time, simply let us know and we'll cancel it.
